سياسة الشحن والتوصيل — GUMMY

 

التوصيل داخل دولة الكويت

مدة التوصيل:
يتم تجهيز وتوصيل الطلبات داخل الكويت خلال 1 إلى 5 أيام عمل.

الاستلام من المحل:
يمكن للعملاء اختيار خدمة الاستلام من متجر GUMMY عند توفرها أثناء إتمام الطلب، وسيتم إشعار العميل فور جاهزية الطلب للاستلام.

سياسة الاستلام من المحل والتوصيل

يرجى التأكد من اختيار طريقة الاستلام أو التوصيل قبل إتمام الطلب، حيث لا يمكن تغييرها إلا وفق الشروط التالية:

  • إذا تم اختيار الاستلام من المحل (Store Pickup)، ثم رغبت بتحويل الطلب إلى توصيل، فيرجى إرسال طلبكم إلى البريد الإلكتروني gummykwt@gmail.com فقط، ولن يتم قبول الطلبات المرسلة عبر الرسائل الخاصة أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. سيتم الرد على طلبكم خلال 24 ساعة.
  • بعد الموافقة على الطلب، سيتم إرسال فاتورة رسوم التوصيل (2 د.ك) إلى بريدكم الإلكتروني، لذا يرجى التأكد من إدخال البريد الإلكتروني بشكل صحيح عند إتمام الطلب.
  • في حال عدم سداد رسوم التوصيل، سيبقى الطلب كما تم اختياره عند الشراء، ولن يتم تغيير طريقة الاستلام.
  • إذا تم اختيار التوصيل (Delivery) عند إتمام الطلب، فلا يمكن استلام الطلب من متجر GUMMY، حيث يتم تجهيز جميع طلبات التوصيل من المستودع المركزي وليس من المحل.
  • لن يتم تسليم أي طلب داخل المحل إذا كانت طريقة الاستلام المختارة هي التوصيل.

يرجى اختيار طريقة الاستلام المناسبة عند إتمام الطلب لتجنب أي تأخير أو إزعاج.

الشحن الدولي 🌍

المدة المتوقعة:
يستغرق الشحن الدولي عادةً 2 إلى 7 أيام عمل حسب الدولة وشركة الشحن.

التأخيرات الخارجة عن إرادتنا:
المواعيد المذكورة تقديرية، وقد تتأثر الشحنات بالعطلات الرسمية، المواسم، إجراءات التخليص الجمركي، أو أي ظروف استثنائية خارجة عن إرادة GUMMY.

تكاليف الشحن:
يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن تلقائيًا عند إتمام الطلب بحسب الوجهة المختارة.

الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب:
قد تخضع الطلبات الدولية لرسوم جمركية أو ضرائب استيراد أو رسوم تخليص تفرضها سلطات الدولة المستوردة. هذه الرسوم لا يتم تحصيلها من قبل GUMMY، وتكون مسؤولية العميل بالكامل.

Shipping & Delivery Policy — GUMMY

Domestic Delivery (Within Kuwait) 🇰🇼

Delivery Time:
Orders within Kuwait are processed and delivered within 1–5 business days.

Store Pickup:
Customers may select Store Pickup at checkout when available. The customer will be notified once the order is ready for collection from the GUMMY store.

Store Pickup & Delivery Policy

Please make sure you select your preferred fulfillment method before completing your order, as it can only be changed under the following conditions:

  • If you selected Store Pickup and later wish to change your order to Delivery, you must send your request to gummykwt@gmail.com. Requests sent through direct messages or social media platforms will not be accepted. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

  • Once your request is approved, a delivery fee invoice (2 KWD) will be sent to your email address. Please ensure that you enter your email address correctly when placing your order.

  • If the delivery fee is not paid, your order will remain under the original fulfillment method selected at checkout.

  • If you selected Delivery at checkout, your order cannot be collected from the GUMMY store, as all delivery orders are prepared and dispatched from our central warehouse, which operates separately from our retail store.

  • Orders placed as Delivery will not be handed over at the store under any circumstances.

Please choose the correct fulfillment method when placing your order to avoid any delays or inconvenience.

International Shipping 🌍

Estimated Delivery Time:
International shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.

Delays Beyond Our Control:
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, peak seasons, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond GUMMY's control.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the shipping fees, are beyond GUMMY's control, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
