سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال واسترداد المبلغ — GUMMY

 

شروط الإرجاع العامة

يحق للعميل طلب إرجاع أي منتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الفاتورة، وذلك بالشروط التالية:

  • أن يكون المنتج غير مفتوح وبحالته الأصلية تمامًا كما تم استلامه عند الشراء.
  • إرفاق الفاتورة الأصلية. (لن يتم قبول أي طلب إرجاع أو استبدال دون الفاتورة الأصلية، ولن يُعتد بأي إثبات بنكي، أو لقطة شاشة، أو إشعار دفع، أو رسالة نصية، أو أي إثبات آخر كبديل عنها. الفاتورة الأصلية هي المرجع الوحيد المعتمد لإتمام إجراءات الإرجاع أو الاستبدال.)
  • أن يكون المنتج داخل علبته الأصلية مع جميع محتوياتها وملحقاتها، وبحالته الأصلية تمامًا كما تم استلامه عند الشراء، دون فتح المنتج أو إتلاف العلبة أو فقدان أي جزء من محتوياتها.

 

لن يُقبل الإرجاع أو الاستبدال في الحالات التالية:

  • إذا تم فتح المنتج أو علبته الأصلية، حتى وإن لم يتم استخدامه.
  • وجود أي علامة استخدام أو تلف في المنتج أو العلبة أو الملحقات.
  • فقدان أي جزء من محتويات المنتج أو ملحقاته.
  • إزالة البطاقات التعريفية أو التغليف الأصلي.
  • عدم تقديم الفاتورة الأصلية.
  • المنتجات المخفضة أو المصنوعة حسب الطلب.


الاستبدال

 

داخل الكويت 🇰🇼

يتم الاستبدال داخل الكويت من خلال زيارة متجر GUMMY مباشرةً فقط.

يجب إحضار المنتج مع الفاتورة الأصلية، وأن يكون داخل علبته الأصلية مع جميع محتوياتها وملحقاتها، وبحالته الأصلية تمامًا كما تم استلامه عند الشراء. ولن يتم قبول أي منتج تم فتحه أو إتلاف علبته أو فقدان أي جزء من محتوياته.


خارج الكويت 🌍

يتم الاستبدال عبر إرسال المنتج من خلال Aramex أو DHL فقط، ويتحمل العميل جميع تكاليف الشحن.

يجب أن يكون المنتج داخل علبته الأصلية مع جميع محتوياتها وملحقاتها، وبحالته الأصلية تمامًا كما تم استلامه عند الشراء.

تنبيه: لن تتحمل GUMMY أي مسؤولية عن الشحنات المرسلة عبر أي شركة شحن أخرى غير Aramex أو DHL.

 

طريقة إرسال المرتجعات

  • يتحمل العميل كامل تكاليف شحن المرتجعات.
  • تُقبل المرتجعات المرسلة عبر Aramex أو DHL فقط.
  • لن تتحمل GUMMY أي مسؤولية عن الشحنات المرسلة عبر أي شركة شحن أخرى.


خطوات بدء عملية الإرجاع

  1. التأكد من استيفاء جميع شروط الإرجاع المذكورة أعلاه.
  2. إرسال المنتج إلى عنوان متجر GUMMY عبر Aramex أو DHL فقط.
  3. يمكن العثور على عنوان المتجر عبر Google Maps بالبحث عن: GUMMY.


سياسة استرداد المبلغ

بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه والتأكد من مطابقته لجميع شروط الإرجاع والموافقة على طلب الإرجاع، سيتم البدء بإجراءات استرداد المبلغ وفقًا للشروط التالية:

  • يتم استرداد المبلغ إلى نفس البطاقة البنكية أو وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة عند الشراء فقط.
  • يتم استرداد المبلغ تلقائيًا إلى نفس البطاقة أو وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة عند الشراء.
  • لا يمكن تحويل مبلغ الاسترداد إلى بطاقة بنكية أخرى، أو حساب بنكي آخر، أو محفظة إلكترونية، أو نقدًا، أو عن طريق التحويل البنكي، أو عبر WAMD، أو بأي وسيلة دفع أخرى، حيث تتم عملية استرداد المبلغ مباشرةً من خلال البنك وفقًا لإجراءاته، ولا تملك GUMMY إمكانية تغيير وسيلة استرداد المبلغ.
  • تستغرق عملية استرداد المبلغ من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل، وذلك حسب إجراءات البنك المُصدر للبطاقة.
  • قد تختلف مدة ظهور المبلغ في حساب العميل حسب سياسة وإجراءات البنك.
  • لا تتحمل GUMMY أي مسؤولية عن أي تأخير ناتج عن إجراءات البنوك أو شركات الدفع بعد إرسال طلب استرداد المبلغ.


Return, Exchange & Refund Policy — GUMMY

General Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the purchase date, provided that:

  • The product is unopened and in its original condition exactly as received.
  • The original invoice must be provided. (Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without the original invoice. Bank transaction records, screenshots, payment confirmations, text messages, or any other proof of payment will not be accepted as a replacement. The original invoice is the only accepted document for processing returns or exchanges.)
  • The product must be returned inside its original box with all included contents and accessories, in the exact same condition as received, without opening the product, damaging the box, or missing any included items.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the product or its original packaging has been opened, even if it has not been used.
  • Any signs of use or damage to the product, box, or accessories.
  • Missing accessories or any part of the original contents.
  • Removed product tags or original packaging.
  • Failure to provide the original invoice.
  • Sale items or custom-made products.


Exchange Policy

Within Kuwait 🇰🇼

Exchanges within Kuwait are available in-store only at GUMMY.

The product must be returned with the original invoice, inside its original box with all included contents and accessories, and in the exact same condition as received. Products that have been opened, have damaged packaging, or have missing contents will not be accepted.

International 🌍

International exchanges are accepted only through Aramex or DHL. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

The product must be returned inside its original box with all included contents and accessories, in the exact same condition as received.

Notice: GUMMY is not responsible for shipments sent through any carrier other than Aramex or DHL.


How to Send Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Returns are accepted only via Aramex or DHL.
  • GUMMY is not responsible for shipments sent through any other shipping carrier.


Return Process

  1. Ensure all return conditions are met.
  2. Ship the product to the GUMMY store via Aramex or DHL only.
  3. Find our store on Google Maps by searching GUMMY.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund process will begin under the following terms:

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original bank card or payment method used for the purchase.
  • The refund will be automatically credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds cannot be transferred to another bank card, bank account, e-wallet, cash, bank transfer, WAMD, or any other payment method, as refunds are processed directly by the bank, and GUMMY cannot change the refund destination or payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 3–7 business days, depending on the issuing bank's processing time.
  • The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account depends solely on the bank's internal procedures.
  • GUMMY is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment providers after the refund request has been processed.
